Bruker’s dynamic Legal team is looking to fill the Commercial Counsel position with a law firm-trained attorney who has in-house experience supporting sales and commercial teams in a multinational, technology-driven business. This valuable member of the Legal team must be a commercial contracts specialist with significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactions and enjoy partnering with business colleagues in a high-volume, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will primarily support Bruker’s BBIO and CALID business groups in the United States and report to Bruker’s Senior Corporate and M&A Counsel.

At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $97,200.00 and $173,000.00 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
