Bruker Energy and Supercon Technologies (Bruker EST) is the world leader in the production of superconducting wires. This position is with BOST, a division of Bruker Engery and Supercon Technologies located in Carteret, NJ. We manufacture advanced superconducting wires (like RRP and NbTi) used to build MRI machines, scientific research magnets, and high-energy physics applications.
The Senior Director of Business Development and Sales is a key customer-facing and site-linked commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic customer accounts, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal functions.
The role combines business development, key account management, quotation and contract ownership, and site-level sales process leadership, with close interaction between the Carteret operation and global Bruker sites, particularly manufacturing and technical teams.
This position plays a critical role in translating customer requirements into executable commercial and operational outcomes while supporting broader global sales and strategy objectives

At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $191,000 and $284,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits, including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
