The Scientific Product Marketing Manager shapes market strategy and drives commercial success for Bruker’s cellular analysis and spatial platforms by bridging science, product strategy, and go‑to‑market execution. With deep understanding of cellular functional screening, multiomics workflows, and translational research use cases, the Scientific Product Marketing Manager translates complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for pharma, biotech, and academic researchers, defining positioning, crafting the narrative, and equipping commercial teams with scientifically credible messaging, as well as developing and executing content pieces to communicate the product stories. The role works cross‑functionally with R&D, product management, commercial teams, and leadership to champion customer needs and advance adoption of our products. Ideal candidates thrive at the intersection of science, strategy, and storytelling, shaping market understanding of Bruker’s instruments to support to antibody discovery, cell line development, immune profiling, and multiomic bulk analysis across the full product lifecycle.

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $87,000 and $140,000 provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
