Summary:
Reporting to the HR Service Delivery Manager, Americas, this role provides direct support to Bruker employees, company management and multiple HR groups, as part of Bruker’s HR Operations Team Americas. The HR Service Delivery Team, Americas, functions as a centralized HR resource for Bruker’s business entities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. The HR Service Delivery Specialist I role will provide opportunities to gain hands on experience in a multitude of HR areas, including New Hire Onboarding, General HR Operations and Administration, Data Management, Labor Law Compliance, and more.

At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated hourly range for this full-time position is between $24.04/hr and $37.02/hr and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Please note this position is eligible for Overtime compensation. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
