We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our outstanding team of service professionals. Our highly trained and Field Service Engineers are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional service and support directly to our customers to ensure system performance and uptime, customer success, satisfaction, and strive to exceed our customer’s expectations every time. As Bruker Cellular Analysis continues to develop new technologies and solutions, we expect our Field Engineers to be lifelong learners, to continually strive to update and broaden their skills. We have an extensive training and certification process to enable our Field Service Engineers to provide the best possible service to our customers on our proprietary technology, software, and applications. • Installation, troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, and maintenance of Bruker Cellular Analysis systems at customer sites
• Build and maintain relationships to meet and exceed our customers’ needs and expectations.
• Provide and partake in training, technical support, and administration activities, as necessary.
• Perform timely input and updates to service management systems, reports, and records.
• Work closely with Peers, Field Applications, Product Applications, Operations and Logistics, Product Support, Research & Development, and Management to continuously improve our customer solutions.
• Manage schedules, travel needs, spare parts and inventory, customer entitlement and service obligations, quoting, and communication of customer feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years’ equivalent work experience and/or military training with scientific research instruments, metrology, analytical measurement, medical devices, or similar complex hardware and software systems.
• Previous proven successful field service experience required.
• Experience building, installing, and /or troubleshooting and repairing complex scientific research systems.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Excellent written and verbal English is required.
• Experience with Proprietary software systems, Databases, Laboratory Information Management Systems, etc., an asset
• Valid, clean driver’s license required.
• Valid current passport and ability to travel up to 80% both domestically and internationally.
• Ability to lift and move up to and including 55 lbs. (24.95Kg)

We provide an extensive training and certification process to enable our Field Service Engineers to provide the best possible service to our customers on our proprietary technology systems, software, and applications.
At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $75,545 and $133,000 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
