Responsibilities

Please note this is a contract position that is currently allocated to the end of this year.   If selected for the position, we will refer you to our third party vendor who will serve as the employer for the duration of the contract. 

 

New hybrid opportunity based in Billerica MA for an Associate Order Coordinator to join the Bruker BioSpin Order Management Team. The Associate will be responsible for processing all customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure service level agreements are adhered to and all invoices are created within the correct period.

  • Convert SAP quotes to sales orders for new or used systems, accessories, spare parts, consumables, and any services sold by Bruker BioSpin
  • Manage web shop orders
  • Manage demo system orders
  • Manage loan systems/accessory orders
  • Process licence requests
  • Process Cryo Maintenance kit orders
  • Process Prodigy Maintenance kit orders
  • Process Cold Head Maintenance orders
  • Process inter-company stock transfer orders
  • Create all customer SAP invoices
  • Monitor closely all required documentation is in place for each order
  • Update SFDC tool with SAP order number and required documents information
  • Work closely with Front office and quotation specialist team
  • Every other tasks to improve effectiveness apply
  • Back up support for same functions noted within the job description
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Bruker products
  • Other duties as may be defined which are broadly in line with the duties and objectives above
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum 5 years business administration work experience in high technology or NMR life science organization 
  • Advanced computer proficiency with MS Office Suite. Hands on experience with SAP, CRM software, SalesForce.com preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and personal communication and presentation skills with oral and written fluency in English language; familiarity with Portuguese and Spanish desirable
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate in a positive and  constructive manner with people at all levels
  • Flexibility to support working hours which may be influenced by need to complete the job
  • Creative thinker with a decision-ready attitude to achieve
  • Natural team player with a excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a rapidly changing and diverse, multi-national  commercial work environment
  • An outgoing and friendly personality with a high degree of personal integrity
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete position training requirements
  • Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
  • May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
