Bruker Cellular Analysis is seeking a strategic and experienced Sales Operations Director to lead and support our Sales Operations Team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. This role requires someone who can earn the trust of both internal and external customers while streamlining the sales process to accelerate revenue and drive forecast accuracy. You will develop and execute sales growth solutions to enhance productivity and achieve incremental revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize the sales process, improve sales efficiency, and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead the Sales and Operations process, driving process discipline, ensuring error-free reporting, and keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Streamline, document, and implement efficient and effective sales processes to accelerate revenue, drive forecast accuracy, and develop sales growth solutions for cost efficiencies and revenue growth.
• Oversee the company's Salesforce.com strategy and team to create dashboards and provide real-time analytics for visibility into commercial and solution performance across pipelines, forecasts, quota attainments, marketing campaigns, and other go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage tools, policies, controls, and salesforce effectiveness programs company-wide.
• Define sales process steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins.
• Oversee the data analytics team to ensure sales data access and quality.
• Build and manage pipeline-to-bookings models and targets across territories and teams.
• Drive and support sales strategic pricing programs and analytics.
• Understand and enhance the links between demand forecast, production forecast, and financial forecast.
• Build strong business partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally with leaders of all levels, educating them on the Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, documentation, and data management (PO requirements, revenue, shipping, approvals, terms, contracts, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales ops, sales, finance, etc.) to facilitate sales processes, provide input on nonstandard orders, and resolve billing issues.
• Achieve high service levels and internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Develop KPIs and regularly report achievements.
• Anticipate market changes and proactively develop solutions to address potential challenges and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the sales operations function.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably engineering, chemistry, or biology.
• 8-10 years of Sales Operations experience in the Pharma/BioTech industry.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing successful solutions.
• Detailed understanding of sales processes, sales data tracking, sales force automation, incentive compensation operations, promotion response concepts, and sales force alignments.
• Extensive experience in designing, adapting, and communicating multiple incentive compensation plans, including the enrollment of senior organizational and field-sales leaders.
• Proven experience in managing and developing direct reports, motivating high-performance teams, and employing effective coaching and communication techniques.
• Proficient in customer relationship management systems, particularly Salesforce.com.
• Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder management skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with sales management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills.
